The products we offer in our shop have been tried and tested by our own horses and often, our clients horses too! In fact most of the products listed here are used regularly on our yard and that of most of our clients!
We only supply shop products if they fulfill the following cateories:
- they must be efficacious
- they must be affordable
- they must be available
- they must help and NOT hinder the heath and welfare of the domestic horse

We post out orders within 2 days of receiving full payment and we normally use Royal Mail 1st class standard (1-2 working days) or Royal mail Parcels (4-5 working days) to post out. We like to keep costs down too for you; our customers, so we sometimes recycle packaging and we only charge the actual postage costs which is based on weight and size. If tou would like a faster service please let us know but it may cost you more. For bulky and heavy items we sometimes use a competitively priced courier 24 hr 
service.
For purchases we can accept cash or BACS payments and existign customers may pay by cheque. We can also invoice you via Paypal and for this you do not need a Paypal account. All you need to do is supply us with an email address and we will email you a Paypal payment request. Just follow the instructions in the email and pay on-line instantly! Please note: we add 3.5% to the cost of your order to cover Paypal costs. We send out Paid invoices with your parcel or upon cash payment.
